are you Shure?

I am!
a pair of headphones can make a lot of difference if you like music, and if you are the only one who likes that music it really helps!
so i was quite upset when my shure e2c headphones stopped working in the left ear :(
(for a review go here (image)) not a problem as they have a two year worldwide warranty on parts, visually they were fine but even looking very closely i could not see any indicators of the problem.
so a quick trip to the post office on Monday and off they went via recorded delivery with a brief note explaing the problem. On Wednesday less than 48 hours after posting Shure had sent a new set to the door. Now thats customer service.
