day 2

well i suppose although the festival has finished i better complete the mini diary i had started!
i have been working alongside my festival duties and this mornings deliveries went very well, i only awoke a couple of people (sorry!) due to the very early deliveries i had tried to be very careful - a couple of new customers who recieved the delivery before 5am must have been impressed.
well arrival at the site went a little more smoothly today with the stewards directing me to a far corner in the field even though i could see the very space i had evacuated the night before. i stealthily drove around and pretended to exit before a sharp left and naturally i found the same space as before... :)
a longer walk in terms of time to the office and i was greeted by a few smiley faces from the volunteers from the night before. the mission today was the stone circle stone circle
the stone circle was the place the previous night and for everybody there was at least two bottles or cans lying around. team recycling got underway with a huge swath being cut through the circle and the only break coming when we had run out of bags to store them in. Ruth to the rescue and she organised the tractor team to dispense a couple of boxes of bags for us to carry on, here are a few photos of the team that day Kim
Rosie
Jade & Jennie from Dundee

a drive home and finished for the day. ready for day 3
