why?

I drive a small car! this has the optional invisibility cloak last seen on Harry Potter, well I did not request the option but it seems to been fitted as an aftermarket extra.
On Saturday a police car thought it had the right of way along Brambles Road even though the cars were parked on his side of the road hence the cloak of invsibility then this morning road through Burnham had a scaffolding lorry parked on the pavement overhanging the road by half a car. No problem this morning the road was empty and I sailed through.
This afternoon a completely different story! The traffic just did not stop damn thats annoying...
