Marks and Spencer Plan A
Kerry went to Scotland on Monday and returned yesterday, on the way back she stopped at a service station on the motorway and brought some food from Marks & Spencer i noticed that the bottled spring water bottle and its contents came all the way from Eire
just about here
I was surprised at this as the last time i had visited M&S at the tills all you could see was a pile of papers letting us all now about M&S's environmental plans for the next 5 years
What is Plan A?
Plan A is our five-year, 100-point plan to tackle some of the biggest challenges facing our business and our world. It will see us working with our customers and our suppliers to combat climate change, reduce waste, safeguard natural resources, trade ethically and build a healthier nation.
So I wonder how this fits in with the M&S big plan, surely to transport the water from another country to all the shops across the UK (with the exception of Northern Ireland) does not make sense? We have a lot of water sources that could be used instead.
I have emailed to ask them how it fits in with the Plan A approach.
