ioienxgu.dll is missing?

I booted up my dinky laptop today and the error box popped up with this...


what is it? I did a quick google search and it returned nothing, nada, zip.

Now this is a rarity, a .dll file that does not show up in google?

Well I have not been able to find out what program installed it. I simply click the x to close the box!
