I did a little bit of searching today, I was looking for a couple of music downloads after spotting after picture of Siouxsie (home page) in the NME
Laura is in this week's mag (page 3) so I had to buy it then read it, she is in Europe for three week's. Buy the mag for the picture or leave a comment for a scan.
So there I was stumbling around and I also went looking for some other members sites, Steven Severin had been updated this morning with a little piece of personal news about a new photo portfolio he has released with candid photos signed (but out of my price band @£100) with Robert Smith from the Banshees tour in 1983 which was EXACTLY the time period I had been looking for! The portfolio is called Japanese Whispers 'Robert in Tokyo 1983' all pics are available to view in his myspace above is a preview.
The other interesting item was the amount of downloadable radio sets out there - no links from me, google them i want them to survive! I grabbed a handful of shows this afternoon that will go onto the ipod in short rotation. My radio in my work van is not the best and driving is a somewhat solitary job so you need something good to listen to. Groups must hate myspace, when you visit the sites of these individuals you can see the effort and hopefully the input that the artists have put into them when you visit myspace it goes a little crazy!
